أصدرت محكمة جدة الجزئية أمس، ٢٧ سبتمبر، حكماً يقضي بجلد مواطنة 10 جلدات لقاء مخالفتها للأنظمة وقيادة السيارة بطريق عام في جدة قبل 4 أشهر. وعلمت "الوطن" من مصادر مطلعة في المحكمة الجزئية بجدة، أن قاضي المحكمة عبدالمجيد اللحيدان حكم أمس على الفتاة "ش.ج" في العقد الثاني من عمرها، بالجلد 10 جلدات، لقاء قيادتها سيارة في أحد شوارع جدة، واعتبار ذلك مخالفة للأنظمة. وأوضحت المصادر أن الحكم تضمن أيضاً جلد شاب سعودي في العشرينات من عمره 15 سوطاً، وسجنه أسبوعين لقاء تصويره الفتاة ذاتها وهي تقود سيارتها في الشارع، بهدف نشر المقطع على الإنترنت. : Saudi woman sentenced to ten lashes skin because of its defiance of the ban on women driving in the conservative kingdom, according to reports from activists Tuesday, another woman while arresting her for driving in the capital.
