August Air Strikes in Gaza

More Info
A chillingly familiar story: early Tuesday morning Israel began a series of airstrikes throughout the besieged Gaza strip. A statement from the Israeli army claims that the multiple attacks, which have resulted in at least two casualties, is a "response to the firing of a rocket from the Gaza Strip at the city of Be'er Sheva." The air strikes came just a few days after Gaza suffered from a complete blackout of internet and phone services after an Israeli bulldozer cut a fiber optic cable.
