The Prometheus Project:
The Prometheus Project is modeled from the Cure Violence Campaign that was implemented to decrease the violence epidemic in Chicago. We are using these same tactics in our own backyard because after years of research, they are proven to work.
We are dedicated to curing violence in the University Area Community (UAC) by first raising awareness about the shocking statistics that represent the area, followed by the execution of this model to diminish violent crimes occurring in our community. The Prometheus Project is only the beginning to changing the community and curing the violence that plagues it.
