Shortages in Venezuela
The International Monetary Fund predicts Venezuela's economy will contract by 10% in 2016. It also estimates that inflation in Venezuela will catapult 700%. Venezuela is in a humanitarian crisis, with poorly equipped hospitals and many citizens who live without basic goods. Venezuela can not afford imported goods because the government does not have enough money after years of mismanagement of their funds. Meanwhile Nicolas Maduro is fighting the opposition that wants to impeach him.
